I'm dizzy from all the spinning and going around in circles with this app. Since I've switched providers, it's been a total headache. It always take me to a page where my bill is, without fail. If I find a troubleshooting question, that's when all the spinning starts and it still doesn't answer your question. If I didn't need the phone, I'd bury it 6ft under, for sure.

Painfully slow and convoluted. It looks really good but very frustrating to deal with. Its like they've proprietized the way people normally and intuitively interface with their app. Navigation is extremely frustrating because on the surface, the app genuinely appears streamlined, but everything operates in a "shell"from within the app... it creates redundancy and lag. It's the interface equiv to using automated phone support. It counters it's intended convenience. It's easier to just call.

I would give negative stars, if possible. I have multiple AT&Ts. They are all listed/linked when thebapp pulls up, but when I try to access each one (e.g., wireless), I keep getting a message that 'we see your account is not linked to a DirecTV account.' I can't make payments, etc. This has been a problem for several years, and no one at AT&T seems to care or know what to do. I give up with this stupid app.
