I don't know why, but the app is working great again! Perhaps it was on the "supply" end? Of had something to do with policy-year's end/beginning...? I am just happy the app is up and running again. Thank you! I have not been able to log in since the last update, despite uninstalling and reinstalling numerous times. How can we get your attention? Please fix this app!

Chronically unstable app that crashes over and over just by trying to use its basic functions, for instance, viewing invoices and payment history. Pretty important to be able to do, no? Useless! I've given up and just use the web-based site. I find Florida Blue to be unserious about fixing it. It's just obviously not a priority for them.

Update 2023: This app is even worse than before. Doesn't load pages when I need it to, and the app crasges every time im trying to search providers. When I log onto a browser, the provider search takes you to an error page. Please update to remove these bugs. 2021: It's okay, doesn't want to load information half the time. Always end up having to log into a browser.
