The app has its fair share of issues that make it annoying to use, but usually isn't unusable. However, there are some occasions where it has become completely impossible to use. One time, the app simply wasn't functional for a few days because an update broke it. Today, I ran into a new issue where the moment I'm prompted to log into my account (which is constantly), the app flickers between the app and two different login pages. These issues are nonexistent for Apple users for some reason

I apologize that you are experiencing issues using the NAUgo app. Please be sure your Android OS and the app are fully up to date. To ensure student security, we do require you to login to view your confidential info. We would love to get some info on your Android device and work with you to troubleshoot. I'm having very bad issues with this app. I meet all the criteria for the app to function correctly, yet I'm not able to tap on a lot of items without the app crashing. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it multiple times, along with my phone, but it doesn't seem to work at all.

This app sucks. It reloads 500 times when opening it, but nothing ever changes. The menu never updates, and the app is super slow. I'm not sure why they can't just give us a physical card. This app is a waste of space and is not useful at all.
