When you need it most.. logging in is "temporarily unavailable due to a technical issue" Going on 5 years now. Update after 6 years. Still a problem.. this time scanning a barcode to verify a (time sensitive) visa payment. Awesome... Update: I moved everything possible to kbc and am happy there. Had to update my info via easyweb and surprise surprise. Can't log in due to a technical issue. Haven't been able to login for two days now. Legit failure ❌

The application not working I try try but don't work I was new ☹️ If I try to call the information I get robot assist not find personal contact with telephone if countinues like this I will change the bank I don't understand why good this bank if the people can't manage here problem jahhh and I don't find English language speaking

Everything takes twice the amount of time and it has more restrictions than my other banking apps. I can't take a picture of a transfer sheet for OCR, when paying online, I have to login and sign. I can't take screenshots and getting reports on a certain period or a beneficiary is tedious
