Very slow and buggy. Updated 17 March 2024: The app is not working; keep poping up a notification saying that You reached the maximum munbers of devices. I am sure there no authorized devices at all in my account, all of them were deleted. Also all cach and data were cleared, and as a last resort, I re-installed the app but the problem is not fixed.

Most useless banking app in my experience. It doesn't work when you need the most. Further it has problems working on Mobily network, but on STC it's OK (only if it works). The UI is a mess, keeps changing every few days making it more difficult to use for a layman. Most annoying part is the bank servers are too busy to even login during the beginning of every month. I can list more downsides than benefits. I'm stuck with this bank coz my company uses it. Else I'd have switched.

This app is SO SLOW! Every time you click on something, the fransi logo goes around for 5-10 seconds before the next page loads. Literally takes over 5 minutes just to make one transfer. They need to speed up the loading of pages and reduce the number of pages you have to click through in order to make a payment or a transfer or use any service.
