My company does an annual charity competition. Used last year and was buggy at best. Says it connects Fitbit through Strava but nobody knows how that actually works with Android. Support is non-existent; they never respond to any posts either. Last update 12/2022 so that says lots. This year you need to have the app open all the time and still doesn't start correctly so it misses miles, ends randomly in the middle or pauses when screensaver goes on, and will delete miles when you click finish.

I used to love this app, used it for years, but it hasn't worked all year. I figured out that it only works if the app is open to the activity page and the screen is on the whole time. I'm missing 700 biking miles this year. It doesn't sync with Strava. Now, it's started randomly recording miles when I didn't even open the app or do any activity. 6 of the last 10 days, it's recorded .01-.12 miles I "did". I feel like it's spying on me. Customer service doesn't care. Time to delete this garbage.

I loved this app and the way it was able to track my miles and donate to my favorite charities. However, I've recently noticed this app has slowly deteriorated and not working properly. It used to be able to properly track my miles on my workouts, but everytime I open up the app on my phone to see my progress, it appears that it hasn't been "accurately" tracking my mileage / distance. I KNOW I've ran longer than what the app says and even compare it to my smartwatch. This is sad.
