Disappointing eReader. It doesn't open the book I'm reading when i open the app; instead it goes to my library. It doesn't keep my phone on, so if a page takes "too long" to read, my screen turns off. The app uses haptic feedback for EVERY touch, which is inappropriate. There are almost no controls on Settings to customize the app experience. In short, i tolerate this reader only because it's the only way to read my eBooks from CBD.

Sorry but this app is not aging gracefully. Book controls on my s9+ are very unpredictable. Sometimes you tap the bottom of a page and I actually reversed one page instead of going forward. Swiping right or left will advance more than one page and theres no way to see the text between the bottom of the previous page and the page that comes up. No highlighting of text. No copying of text. I have 4 books in CDB Reader and I feel like they're trapped there.

I have spent the last 15 (FIFTEEN) minutes trying to highlight 1 (ONE) paragraph because it's jumping all over! If one taps on a highlighted passage in the main menu, you may / may not arrive at said passage. Bookmarks are useless and the website / app don't sync well. Forget deleting any corrupted bookmarks / highlights. Notes are the most useful function. As apps go, this is a dinosaur. It should be a high, did I say high, priority to represent your business well with a strong app.
