I spent hours trying to get my new AX1800 router connected with this app. It was EXTREMELY frustrating. It hung-up & locked, and totally failed to do the job after many restarts. I have setup many WiFi networks, and this was by far the worst. I expected much better from Linksys.

I would give it -10 stars, but not an option. The app cannot discover its own router, and it appears to be an issue with the 5 GHz band my phone is connected to. BTW, some of my devices cannot attach to the 2.4 band unless I reboot the router, it really sucks. Not getting a Linksys again, that's for sure.

1/2 I bought a HP laptop from Target dept store in Manhattan NY- it doesn' have word processing installed. Nothing is mentioned on the box. I tried to install "Apache Open Office". I see something looking like "W ... Apache_OpenOffice_01", looking like a open document, yet I cannot write, and also I get "Check your Internet Connection". I have "Internet Connection" as WiFi for my cellphone, not for the computer. Apache OpenOffice is supposed to work without Internet! I don't have PW for Linksys!
