This app does exactly what I need it to do! My only complaint is how insanely SLOW it runs. Just to check my balance, it's like a 3 minute process. I usually have to wait at least 45 seconds to a minute for the fingerprint scanner to load, then another minute for the account to load, and I can't let my screen timeout or i have to start over. It's pretty ridiculous. And it's not just one device or one internet connection. My husband has the same issue whether we're home, at work, or out running.

Doesn't work anymore. I try to open it and it says "we've detected the use of automated clicking programs in combination with this app. The app's security policies do not allow automated click programs." I have no such apps, and never have. Used to be a nice way to check my account from my phone. I could click out of the warning on my old phone, but just upgraded and can't do anything with it now.

The app works fine most of the time, but the ui is extremely outdated and difficult. As with the website, the ui looks like it was made in the 90s and hasn't been updated since then. In addition to that, the check scanning option is very finicky, taking multiple tries of taking pictures just to deposit a check
