What's going on? I can't log-in on the app but it works in my navigator. It started when I added another fingerprint in my cellphone the app started glitching after it disabled fingerprint option. So after typing my card number and password and pressing login it just freezes there and eventually there's a error message saying that Desjardins isn't working at the moment. Am I the only one getting this? The error is "LGN1010"

Unreliable. The application is often down because of technical problems. On the first of the month and on Thursdays, the app is particularly malfunctioning. It is frustrating not being able to etransfer or receive transfers because the app isn't working 9 times out of 10. Poorly made and poorly managed app.

Only about half of the app options and displays are in french if you switch it to french, this app is very clearly not ready for production deployment and hasn't had any QA testing, like not even a little bit, honestly how can you trust its security if simply switching languages properly is not feasible for their horribly incompetent developers. Beyond ridiculously bad.
