Just downloaded it and doesn't work. I know my phone number, so shouldn't be getting an error code. Uninstalled it, and won't be re-installing it. Will be sure to notify the facebook pages that advertises this app to stop advertising it since it doesn't work. Will also be reporting it to google as a fraudulent app. Hopefully now my phone doesn't have any viruses either, since it more than likely does now from this app.

Hi Ashley, are you trying to access the ViU app from outside Sri Lanka? If so, the ViU app can only be accessed from Sri Lanka.

The app does even work. At time even having sync the DTV it says the channel needs to be activated on the DTV and other time it says oops, something went wrong please try again later. And the only solution that the call center agent gives is clear the cache and try again. Still it doesn't work.

Activated IPL sports package.. there's no video at the beginning, after some hours the video feed appears, nothing wrong with the device, its just how their app works.. app is just there to grab the money of the customers.. Dialog, number one service my ***.. Even their apps "help" page doesn't exist.. error 404.. 😂
