I have been using digilocker since long time. It was all good until I updated the app. It did not work after the update even after clearing cache and data. I uninstalled it and tried to reinstall. Now it says that it cannot be installed on my device. I am running Android 9 in my phone. I tested it on Android 10, it is found working. All my apps are supported on Android 9. Why such an important app stopped working on Android 9. Tried to raise complaint. Not allowed. It said - Android 9:no support

It's a frustrating, tension inducing, useless app, designed to bring unnecessary hassle and trouble to a student's life. I've tried downloading my 12th marksheet multiple times, and every time it shows "data doesn't exist". How is it possible when I have my board verified original marksheet with me? When I complained about it to the app,they provided no help, and instead told me to contact board, which I did, and board said that on my request they've instructed the team, yet the problem is there

As a user, DigiLocker has been a game- changer for me. It's incredibly convenient to have all my important documents stored securely in one place, accessible anytime from my phone. The interface is user-friendly, making it easy to upload new documents or share them with others when needed. Features like e-signature integration have saved me a lot of time and hassle when dealing with paperwork. However, I do make sure to stay updated on the app's security measures and privacy policies .
