The most horribly dysfunctional app I've ever tried to use. Try to place an order, app starts to take order then blip! You're back at the beginning screen, like you never entered anything... over and over and over. And since everything is automated, can't get thru to store to place an order. This has been going on a LONG time... for crying out loud, don't any of the higher ups in the company know anything about this ongoing long term problem of customers not being able to place orders????

Abysmal app that's an embarrassment for a company of this size in 2023. A half baked browser experience that wants to masquerade as a full fledged app. Makes you log in every time & only sometimes works, & when it does it takes dial-up speeds to get you on your way to ordering. Menu & navigation buttons & bars are inconsistent, disappearing & reappearing with each page on a whim. Defaults you to a tip which is the best way to make sure I won't give a tip (I'm picking up - pay your employees).

Despite the months of people saying they've got the time bug in the app, and supposed bug fixes, the bug still exists. Have to uninstall every time to make it forget you're not trying to order in the past. Now you can select a new date... within that month. No way to change months. Really, really dumb. It's incredible the devs haven't fixed this yet.
