I've been listening to Air1 for the past 12 years & absolutely love it! For whatever reason, the app has stopped working on my android. I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times and have been unable to use it via my air1 phone app. I truly hope this is fixed soon. This has been an ongoing problem for the past 8 months. 💔

Love Air1, BUT... I've had the app for a LONG time, but I never had an issue with it. Replaced my phone recently and got it again. Now, as soon as I try to open the app, it drops and closes. I uninstalled and reinstalled it, but it still keeps doing it. Please FIX! I love Air1. Now I have to go to the website to listen. Phone: Samsung Galaxy s21 ultra 5g.

When I first installed it, the app was great. But then it just stopped working. It hasn't worked in a while. I've uninstalled & reinstalled up to three times & still don't work. So, I'm completely uninstalling until it is resolved. Please fix this issue. Thanks **UPDATE** The app is working great!! I've updated my previous rating. Thank you for addressing this issue! 💜
