When I was super little, I asleep to the magical forest child audio on my moms phone. then as I started growing up I stopped listening to them. but when I was about 12, I was having night terrors and I was afraid to get in bed every night. but I found this app again and it's an extremely good thing that I did, because that one short audio helped me fall asleep until I didnt have any problems anymore. I'm a bit older now but this app is still so important to me and I hope that it will always stay.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this app. So far I've only used it when going to sleep but there are so many wonderful choices on this. I have BPD and loathe mindfulness but from everything I've seen on this (have looked at everything but not listened to much yet), it will make it much easier for me to actually understand how to use mindfulness properly. Thank you for this wonderful app. Very few ads, no cost. You are amazing! There needs to be more help like this.

Monica A Frank's guided meditations are the best. The voice/tone is so easy to listen to (unlike some other 'fake' tones), and there's some excellent reading material too as she's got serious academic credentials as well. My go-to for several years now, and even improved by recent easy accessible redesign. Can't recommend enough.
