- Your claims. Take a photo and send it in. The money will be in your account within 2 working days.

it's a great idea, but needs improvement ... • it's not 100% clear how to send a file in your download folder - needed to open the file manually and then share it with the fbto app. would have been easier if I could have browsed the download directory and opened the file with the fbto app. • app does not accept cents, so you have to round the declaration amount. the app error message doesn't tell you that, but found out via another review

The app is in English and it works well for now. But i find it ridiculous and absolutely short sighted to be required to have your phone AND AN INTERNET CONNECTION to access your zorgpas. What if you are abroad and don't have roaming, don't have your phone, has no battery, data plan, or have no phone signal? Let me be clear: the app doesn't let you log in without an internet connection. Awful idea from people who don't care about the user. Shame i have to wait one year to switch companies

Hi Guido, wat jammer dat dit ervoor zorg dat je wilt overstappen. Tip! Maak een screenshot van je zorgpas. Of vraag een fysieke zorgpas aan in MijnFBTO -> https://www.fbto.nl/verzekeringen/service/mijnfbto

The submission of invoices is super nasty and annoying, since the app let you only take a photo when 'light is perfect, invoice is in the center" which never seems to be the case.had to take a photo separately and upload it.

Wat jammer dat hier tegenaan loopt. Fijn dat het met een omweg wel gelukt is. Ik geef je signaal door aan de ontwikkelaars. Groet, FBTO Webcare
