When it works it's great sadly most of the time it doesn't. In the app store it tells me it's installed. I look for it in my apps drawer and it's nowhere to be found. I literally have to open it from the app store. I've tried deleting and reinstalling and no luck. I just upgraded to pixel 8 pro and have the same problem. It shows the app installed but it's nowhere in my app drawer or search bar

This app used to work so great a few months ago. Maybe even a year ago as we'd always be logged in. Lately it just doesn't let me login. I don't understand why they can't fix this. Login is the MOST important thing!! I just get a light blue screen and the app hangs. This is particularly frustrating when trying to use the free hour of unlimited data while away from home. I am happy to report that I've finally moved away from Fido to Bell. Mostly because of the frustration of using this app.

This is one of the worst apps, if not the worst, I've ever used. The design and layout of the content is nice and organized, but I have one issue that's triggered the 1 star rate: Everytime I log in, the app doesn't go further after entering my credentials. I'd had to uninstall and download the app again several times before I can log back into my account. It's such a hassle, and it's a problem that hasn't been solved even after several updates.
