After the recent update, the loan term is not reducing after opting for prepayment. Kindly rectify the bugs. I have been using this app for years. It's the best out there. Just get the errors sorted out in the next update.

Loan Pre-payment (Quarterly) function not working, it's bug. Even I add payment amount & starting month, save button doesn't work. Please fix this Quarterly function issue to calculate interest payble. Also month wise for each year break up is missing interms of how much amout principle, intrest, Pre-payment. Hope this will implement soon.

This app is good for EMI Calculation but have some bugs. I noticed few but the main bug is that you can't enter Variable Interest Rate with more than 1 decimal point. Like If I enter 8.65 as variable interest rate, it changes it to 8.6 and result in wrong calculation of Statistics. Other issues are like that ads in the app hides the buttons at bottom like Share Result is hidden by ads on some screens. Reply- Test you app properly. It does take more than 1 decimal but revert it back when saved.
