Useless. Worked well enough for purpose in the beginning of 2020 (February, pre-pandemic, as I recall) but now is a total shambles of "technical errors". I give up and use Google maps for train times now and just plan to be at the station with enough time to purchase my ticket on the kiosk.

Useful for checking train times and sometimes buying tickets with no extra charge. However it does occasionally stop you from buying tickets for seemingly no reason, at which point I have to use another app or a ticket machine, which is not ideal if in a rush. In the last update (4.42.0) there aren't any platform numbers displayed, so checking times on it isn't much use on stations with more than two platforms, but this is only very recent so I hope this will be fixed quite quickly.

GWR services are good when they operate to plan. However, there are many delays and disruptions, the app frequently crashes or can't process bookigs, and the ticketing is intransparent and prices are high. Trains are also often overfull (I'd much prefer a system in which every ticket is linked to a seat).
