Problems adding tickets to Google pay, return tickets can end up with 4 pairs of identical return tickets being sent to Google pay, and on other occasions the app transfers used outdated tickets from previous journeys, thus impossible to have some journeys on Google pay.....

As bad as it gets. So bad that the in app feedback/support contact has been turned off. Sad thing is it used to work well! Last couple times its taken payment and not had an e ticket in the wallet, had to call them and sort both times, now I've reinstalled and it won't load at all! Awful, avoid Edit: went back, even worse, technical issue prevents booking

Terrible app, clunky, limited options, and you cant even have season tickets on the app.
