It's really disappointing when a movie I buy uses ultraviolet for the digital copy instead of google play or iTunes. 3 of my purchases are listed as "unavailable" with no help from their customer support after multiple attempts to contact them. Half the time movies don't load, and when they do, there is lots of compression. No Android TV app so you are forced to cast for even worse quality. Thankfully, most of the movies I bought that use ultraviolet are also on Netflix so I'll just watch them there when I travel. It's like they want people to pirate.

Overall I enjoy using this app but it's not without its problems. The support behind the app is not particularly good, which means if a film or tv show you've redeemed is faulty, it's highly unlikely you will get the help you need to resolve it. My library currently contains two entire seasons that don't work, and despite my attempts to contact them over a year ago, the problem is still not solved to my satisfaction. My best advice would be to keep your expectations relatively low.

I have this app installed on my old Samsung S5 and it works very well. However, I have just moved up to an A70 and although I can stream movies, I can no longer download them for off-line viewing. Also, the 40+ movies I had previously downloaded on my S5 did not xfer to the new A70 and I cannot find which files to move! With Flixster shutting down shortly, I don't want to lose them!
