I just signed up and the service looks like all I am looking for except... This app would make the experience almost perfect if it wasn't for how it doesn't update the IP upon network type change (WiFi dropping but staying connected on LTE, or on mobile then picking up a WiFi signal). If you make this change I will absolutely PAY for this. Also, I suggest linking at least 3 IP addresses to an account so it isn't as needed to keep updating the one IP.

Technical team takes you round & round. A new person ever time who doesn't go well throw the issue. Only two troubleshooting tips they have, add DNS in router and add routes. What if all is already done? They couldn't fix it for Nvidia Shield TV with built-in Netflix app, suggested to downgrade which doesn't work. Now a new tech guy comes in and you will start from the beginning with same troubleshooting tips.

Bought a lifetime sub but have never managed to get this confusing app to work. Not updated for Android since 2017 BTW, and says it may not work on Android 10. Everything that was previously blocked in my country is still blocked with Getflix.
