The app is convenient for filling out a shopping list when I remember that I need things and will forget to add them to the list once I'm at an actual computer. The app, however, has had a history of crashes or things just not loading from time to time. When you have the time to wait for something like that to be resolved by IT, it's fine, but it can be inconvenient if you're trying to get something last minute.

You cant backtrack to the previous page. If you press the back button on the navigation bar OR the app itself, it goes back to the beginning where you choose categories. Its INFURIATING. You also can't just tap on an image to see it full view, or double tap to zoom, in order to see it you have to click on a magnifying glass button next to it which is a pain to use. Why have it this way? You have to be very specific or very general searching otherwise you "no results" . No in-between.

Glitchy at Best! When it works, I can order maybe 6 items before it crashes. I restart it and thankfully my items are still there. Yet, today, the mobile app won't even load, and the website has to be refreshed with every click on anything. Plus, now, I can't checkout. So my order is in limbo, and I'm not sure if it will be filled. Highly UNIMPRESSED! Please fix!
