About this app

Do more things with your time. Increase your productivity. Improve your daily routine. Complete your agenda if you have ADHD.

That’s what you can do with TimeTune Schedule Planner, your daily planner, routine planner and time blocking app.

πŸ˜€ WHAT IS TIMETUNE?

TimeTune Schedule Planner is a time blocking app, daily planner and routine planner. Use it to organize your agenda, increase your productivity and save time. Really helpful for ADHD.

Do you know why some people can get plenty of things done in a single day while your time slips through your fingers?

The answer is that they have a very structured distribution of time. They organize their agenda with a daily planner and strong time management habits. That allows them to focus, seize the day and fulfill their agenda.

With TimeTune Schedule Planner you can do the same.

πŸ‘©β€πŸ”§ HOW DOES IT WORK?

TimeTune Schedule Planner uses time blocks to build your agenda. Just add time blocks to the daily planner or use time blocks to build templates that can be reused at any time in the agenda, like a morning routine or a timetable.

Templates allow you to plan upcoming schedules, routines, timetables or work shifts in a flash. You will have an automatic and structured distribution of time.

TimeTune Schedule Planner shows you statistics to see where the time goes, to see if your time is correctly structured and how you can improve.

Add custom reminders to your time blocks, so you don’t forget about your agenda: reminders with custom vibrations, reminders with custom sounds, voice reminders, etc. Ideal if you have ADHD.

With TimeTune Schedule Planner you can create a time management system as simple or as complex as you need. With this daily planner and routine planner you can finally complete your agenda and save time.

πŸ€“ WHY DOES IT WORK?

Time blocking is a scheduling method that divides your agenda into smaller segments of time for specific tasks. If you add statistics, you get the perfect time management system to optimize your productivity.

A structured day increases focus and motivation. Time blocking on a daily planner allows you to concentrate on the task at hand and avoid distractions.

As Cal Newport, author of β€œDeep Work” and assistant professor of computer science at Georgetown University states:

β€œTime blocking generates a massive amount of productivity. A 40-hour time-blocked work week produces the same amount of output as a 60+ hour work week without structure”

It’s no wonder high achievers like Benjamin Franklin, Elon Musk, Bill Gates and many others embraced this planning method and used a daily planner to organize their agenda in a structured way.

Also, for people with ADHD, time blocking is an essential approach to tackle the agenda and avoid anxiety. If you have ADHD, TimeTune Schedule Planner allows you to focus on each task, improve your daily routine and see where the time went.

I really appreciate the efficient and clean design! I do have one question. Is it possible to create a time block that has a length but without a specific day/time attached to it? I would love to be able to click on blank time slots and have the time blocks that fit within that time frame on a pull-down menu. Blocks for things like studying, cleaning, reading, knitting, etc. that don't need to have a set time.

Hi! πŸ‘‹ We don't have that option yet, but we take note of the idea and we'll evaluate the possibilities for the future πŸ”ŽπŸ˜€

It's exactly suited to my time management needs. I only have 2 real gripes: 1.) I need to have my notification sound on in order to get notifications sound. That means, not just timetune, but every text, push notification, etc, would have my phone yelling at me, which is annoying. I tried Alarm volume channel, but that didn't create any sound either. 2.) It'd be great to have a widget that displayed JUST the current time block, not the continuous schedule into the distant future.

Hi! πŸ‘‹ Please send a technical report, so we can help you with the sound issue (Settings / Advanced / Send technical report) (remember to mention the issue at the end of the report). We take note of your suggestion about the widget, for the moment you can try the persistent notification instead (Settings / Notifications / Persistent notification).

Best timer and scheduling app out there by far, in my opinion. This app makes it super easy to visually organize and schedule your entire day and stick to a routine. I'm a very visual person, so being able to schedule my day via colorful time blocks and add tags to each activity helps me stay focused and on track in a way no other app has managed. Been using this app for close to 10 years now (or earlier versions of it) and don't plan on stopping anytime soon.
