Updated: 3/14/24 App has been redesigned and now works great! No complaints. Problems with app are not just on new phones. I had an older Samsung Note 8 and the app stopped working around 12/21, despite deleting and reinstalling. Nope. Recently upgraded to a Samsung S22 Ultra, and the app still won't work. When you choose to bank with an institution that has very few branches near you (only 3 in all of So Cal), the mobile app is SO IMPORTANT. G1 has said they are fixing this problem FOR MONTHS.

Oh no! We definitely understand the frustration and are working diligently to get this resolved! So sorry for the wait!

had to use another cell phone which is not safe arrg as all of the sudden it is no longer compatible with Samsung Galaxy S8!!!!! Asks to update then takes you to playstore then states not compatible. sends me back to app to update. I have no access tomy banking. Need to fix this asap I cannot use my banking app. i cannot reinstall it as it does not allow it States not compatible. Not everyone has a 1,500 dollar phone. arrrg

We're sorry to hear that you've had a negative experience with our app. As of 3/15/24, Android users who are still utilizing the operating system (OS) "Android 9" or lower will no longer be able to access the app without updating their OS to Android 10 or above. All users were required to make the app update for security purposes.

The random updates that force a password change at the most inconvenient possible times are terrible! At least give us a warning and maybe a couple of final logins before deactivating fingerprint login and requiring a password update! This is the fifth time I've had to put EVERYTHING I'm doing on hold for several minutes so I can get back into my banking info! If somebody else is using my thumbs to gain access, I think I've got bigger problems! Fix the fingerprint login that won't stay active!
