Very easy plus it remembers you have a Railcard. It gave me a special offer too! It's worth checking often because there are promotions and special offers that are easily missed. I found today, by chance, there was a special offer that saved me ⅓ because of it being Easter holidays. Delighted because the Greater Anglia trains are the best trains. Thank you!

I have a Club 50 railcard but as soon as I bought it, the app (which gives a 20% discount) stopped accepting PayPal and card payments which means I have to buy my tickets at the station (which is only a 10% discount and inconvenient). I have reinstalled the app, no difference. It's almost as if you planned it that way GA 😒

my payment card and paypal payments are not being allowed by GA, and I can't find it why. it is NOT because of my card or account. this has been going on for months now, it used to be the perfect app. And the GA customer service team have passed me from pillar to post too many times. and I have uninstall and reinstalled the app several times. please sort this problem ASAP
