They have introduced many new features for you to control your money, direct debits, standing orders etc . I set up a new payment and an overlay came up saying that they were checking the new account, i waited for the overlay to finish, 3 minutes later i pressed the previous button on the phone, it went back into the system and I concluded the transaction, the overlay would not dissappear, whatever i touched or swiped within the App. Otherwise it's a good App.

Most of the time, I get on very well with this app. I like being able to see my accounts in one a place from the bank. (I have not tried yet to connect it to other accounts outside yet). However on the odd occasion despite having the internet, the app has failed to launch. I have then gone back to it several hours later for it to work.

Really unnecessarily complicated and very often comes back with an error when trying to log on, "try logging in a bit later", all the time some security stuff, pass codes, passwords, new version updates. Really painful to use. Monzo 1000 times better and more user friendly.
