I find this an essential app that I use on a daily basis just a couple of changes that I would like to see added. 1 - when transfering money to another person you can reference what the payment is, for example 'outgoings'. I'd like to see this option added when transfering money to or from savings accounts to be able to keep track. 2 - notifications need to be disabled whilst the app is open and I'm paying/transferring money as I don't need to be notified about something I'm currently doing.

The app does banking stuff but it's very annoying. Constant reminders, offers, banners, 3-page swipe-throughs etc when logging in, and persistent pressure to go through features, look at this or that new thing. No way, I just want to log in, do my transfers and then log out. There's options in the settings to turn off notifications but when you do that, you then get persistent reminders to turn notifications back on again. Please just let me bank in peace and quiet and the then log out.

I really like the option to view card details, PIN and security codes. Most of the app is simple to navigate. I don't like the fact you can't change the order of the accounts and that card payment notifications are delayed. You can change the order of accounts and get instant card notifications with NatWest. Also don't like that there are "adverts" between the accounts such as order travel money, cost of living support etc. I'd like a simplified home screen.
