Customer service is excellent and very attentive and friendly! The app has two issues. 1) When attempting to enroll in financial tools, you are taken to a new screen. After agreeing with the terms (which are blank and only show a blank box), you're taken to a new screen. There, you see two half red circles that just keep spinning, and eventually, it times out. 😞 2) No way to enroll in direct deposit. I never received a routing number or blank check, and there's no DD section or link.

UI is alright. Truthfully not the most user friendly in some sections. For the last few weeks it has had constant trouble loading once username and password are entered. It would be nice to have a better option for verification than the email/phone choice. It gets old to keep using it, as device registration frequently gets dropped.

Simplicity is good, but it is missing a lot. Can't send direct messages or online chat with Customer Support. Text notifications no longer allows a daily account number. Transfers to other banks are hard to find. VM notifications of issues are in Korean and cannot stop that no matter how many times I ask. On the plus side, mobile deposit is excellent and customer service in the bank is topnot h.
