Update 03/24- The app is so unusable that I no longer shop at Harris Teeter at all. I don't understand why you REFUSE to listen to feedback. There was nothing wrong with the old app and you're losing online shoppers who are too busy to fool with this unduly complicated mess. I definitely agree with others that the new layout is NOT an improvement. It's more work to navigate through past purchases, sales, etc. Definitely not as user friendly or intuitive as before.

The new app is terrible. There are way too many in-store only items. A lot of items don't show nutrition facts. Doesn't show price per (ounce/pound/serving/etc) for things so it makes it difficult to compare prices on things. The whole thing is just not very intuitive. The old app was more user friendly. The only good thing about this update is the new way of doing substitutions (although sub sections don't show prices). But it's nice to be able to review and approve them from my phone.

The new app is literal cancer. You took a great app that you could have just improved upon and rolled out... This? It was so much easier before to look at the weekly ad and add things to my cart from there. Now it opens in a browser, one item per line, and endless scrolling. Search has so many "featured" items. This isn't social media. We 'add to cart' but doesn't reflect over to the app? So what's the point? Add to list is pointless if we're shopping for pick up.
