Oscar has always been very prompt with handling insurance claims. The one big disappointment I have is that you used to get up to $100 a year in Amazon gift cards for meeting your step goals. This year they've downgraded it to only $10 for the year. It was one of the reasons I made sure I got my steps all the time. but now with it only being $10, I hardly ever even keep track because I get that in the first few days of the year.

One of the worst apps ever. It constantly glitches, links don't work, sending a message involves restarting the app. It's insanely frustrating. In addition, the provider lists are massively out of date and basically useless. Plus, no bug report feature or way to report any of these problems to the programmers. I hate having to use it. It needs a massive overhaul. I'm getting different insurance as soon as possible and one large reason for that is this app.

The app is useful for things like viewing your ID card or requesting virtual urgent care. Concierge is 50/50 in terms of helpful answers. Unfortunately though, the step tracking abysmal. I had two weeks straight where my steps were not recorded at all, the steps don't always match what is recorded in Google fit, and the goals seem to change at random. I haven't made my step goal in 2 weeks, haven't even come close, and yet it doubled overnight. Now it's impossible, which is pretty discouraging.
