I loved the meditation, but it would have been more calming and reassuring if a woman had narrated the guidance. Coming from a man, "suggestions to the unconscious" to stay calm and in control sounded a little condescending to me, whereas if a woman had "suggested" that, I think it would have felt more empowering.

Not sure why others have said it is not pregnancy specific, the app I received certainly was, lots of specific points about your pregnant body and looking forwards to the birth etc and afterwards, really lovely affirming app, brilliant :)
