About this app

The Honeywell Total Connect Comfort app allows users to remotely monitor and manage their heating and cooling system – at anytime, from anywhere. Honeywell’s Total Connect Comfort works with Honeywell Wi-Fi Thermostats and with Prestige®, Prestige® IAQ, Wireless FocusPRO® and EConnect™ Comfort Systems when used in conjunction with Honeywell’s Internet Gateway.

With the Honeywell Total Connect Comfort app users can:

View and change the schedule (for thermostats that support this feature)
Utilize the Demo Mode before purchasing a thermostat
View and change heating and cooling system settings
View and set the indoor temperature
View and change system fan (for thermostats that support this feature)
View and change humidifier and dehumidifier settings (for thermostats that support this feature)
View 5-Day weather forecast
View outdoor temperature and humidity (when used with an outdoor sensor)
Access multiple smart thermostats
Access multiple locations if more than one system is registered
View thermostat alerts such as high or low temperature
Automatically upgrade to new features once they become available

App constantly flips between portrait and landscape. It's completely unusable on m Pixel 8. Update, this is still a problem. If anyone is having problems with it, it's related to Gesture controls being turned on. Switching the phone to 3-button fixes it, which makes zero sense since older Pixels didn't have this problem. Editing again to point out the customer service replying to these called me "Andrew," showing that the entire company is lazy and expedient, not just their devs

Basic app with little to no features, this is an extremely limited functionality app, archaic UX experience. Reply : I don't need assistance, the UX is dated, there is not other way to out it. Look at your competitors for example, their UI is intuitive, easy to navigate and visually appealing. Additionally, your app lacks many programming features suc as (but not limited to) : FAN on scheduling, heat & cool [combo] scheduling.

The app was easy to install and immediately connected to my thermostat. But the connection only lasted a few days and now I need to troubleshoot why it's not connecting. It might not be the app. Also, the app provides very little information. I am disappointed that it does not record the energy consumption by the furnace. It doesn't capture any history of the system operation. The scheduling tool is a bit awkward, but it seemed to be okay. Generally not as useful as the Nest app.
