Regarding VNC servers, there are many issues that prevent any from working on ARM, not even related to framebuffer access: earlier servers (1,2,3) would need to be rebuilt using a recent NDK (which enables PIE by default); also, for 6 & 7, it looks like they were just dropped from another package, as they try to load libs (nativeMethods modules) from /data/data/org.onaips.vnc & not using the good SDK-specific libs (for my SDK24 device, it tries to load libdvnc_[flinger|gralloc]_* for SDK 10/14)
