Clearview Mobile

So I love my new Credit Union. I've never had an account with one and they made it super easy but their app system is confusing. I wish they had columns set up that you can click on to see withdrawals, deposits, and check deposits. It's all together and doesn't give you when the date was it was taken or deposited into your account. You have to reach line carefully and figure it out. At least make the font color different?

Most other banking apps I have experience using are a very watered down version of the website capabilities. With Clearview, I can access everything that I would be able to do online in an easy to navigate fashion. The only thing I wish was present in the app that is on the full website is the total deposits across all accounts. Otherwise, I really do love the ease of use and accessibility of the app.

Most of the app is really good. The mobile deposit app is incredibly terrible. I hate that it talks to me. I hate that it makes the shutter sound. It takes a terrible picture. It's just overall much worse than the last one that you had. Here we are 2 months later and there are still no changes to the Mobile Deposit portion of your app. Please give an opinion for silent mode! please upgrade the photos taken of the checks. I have to fight with it Every time I try to deposit a check.
