Their have been various quality of life issues with finding information and navigating the app. The customer service call center number in the app is bad, I suggest using you local bank instead. I have had an issue where zero balance fees were processed based on pending payments not actual withdrawals, but each time I am able to call the bank and fix this.

Edit--second review: It blocks login for days on end with no explanation. I can't login with password or fingerprint. Then one day it just works again! There's nothing different about my networks or anything. Very frustrating. First review: They removed the fingerprint login feature. I looked deep into the settings and finally found out how to turn it on again. Then they removed it yet again!

The app is fairly straight forward. The Check Deposit feature isn't great; it's not very clear what the issue is when it won't take the pictures of the check. It also takes an incredibly long time for the money to be deposited into an account. Transfers from secondary accounts (Venmo, PayPal, etc.) also take a long time to show up/drop to the account. Other than that, the app works fine. UPDATE: since the last few updates, the app has been working a lot better. 👌
