This app is terrible! I have had consistent problems with mobile check deposit, first saying that the photo was always too dark, no matter the lighting, forcing me to spend 15-30 minutes taking the picture over and over before it would take. No it says that a corner appears to be folded or torn, although the check is pristine, and will not take the photo at all. I've tried multiple phones, uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Now I can't get my money deposited at all. Zero stars!!

I am 76 years old. It's not so easy to hold phone steady. Finally got an acceptable picture of front and after several tries on back, I was bounced back to first page and had to take both pictures again until 2 were accepted. Frustrating and took far too long. Am only doing this because of Covid-19. If I could have done it any other way without dangerous contact. Using the drive through is iffy what with having to handle dirty appearing equipment.

Mobile check deposit is terrible. App kicks me out over and over again when I try to deposit checks. As soon as I take a photo it kicks me out of the app and I have to log in again. I thought it was related to whether the check had images on it, because checks with pictures almost never work, but more classic check designs would make it through the process. Now they don't work either. It's ridiculous. I have bills to pay. I need to deposit in a timely way. This app is just garbage.
