Allegacy Mobile Banking

After the technology "upgrade" (account information wasn't availible for 3 days...) the app is slow, doesn't load transactions over half of the time, and constantly has issues. My guess is Allegacy was cheap in hiring or contracting IT and now we are left with a half finished and half tested app. Support has been useless, and just says to reinstall the app to fix issues (spoiler alert: the app still has issues). Allegacy refuses to make technology a priority and will lose business because of it.

Mobile Check Deposit Rating of App. Compared to First Horizon Bank's (FHB) mobile deposit feature, this feature on the Allegacy app is not very good. It behaves inconsistently, gives confusing guidance when in the automatic mode.."decease angle"..and the centering the image of the check never seems to trigger the taking of the picture even when the check image is centered. The FHB feature of automatically finding the borders of the check and THEN capturing the image is vastly superior.

I can't log in to the app. It keeps telling me to verify my identity which I've done many times over & over & over & every single time it says successful go back to the app it just stays stuck on that same screen and I have to continuously keep repeating the process over & over I've done it probably about at least 20 times now & it's still refuses to let me log in I'm getting really really annoyed I've never had this problem before with the app I've used it for years. Well it finally login.
