I had loved this app for years. Last night's update changed that. I cannot access either of my accounts on the app anymore. They've done away with the fingerprint feature (which was my personal favorite). There is no point in having an account inaccessible through the app. I can still access my accounts through the website. The mobile app is now useless. Please, First City, put it back to the way it was on the front end. Thanks!

This a a fairly good app when it works. It seems to always have a problem depositing checks. That part of the interface is flawed. The check will have all the correct information on it, even the amount (let's say, "$100.00", and after submitting the front of the check and back of the check. The app will say the amount was incorrectly inputted ($100.00), and will say the check is for ($79.99). Which is untrue in this case. Other than that the app is convenient.

Overall the app is getting better over time. But they have begun to add features that are actually degrading the experience. Mobile deposits were finally working well (other than the limit and the holds...) and then they added the "feature" to auto take pictures. This could be ok if it actually did things like focus before taking pictures. Instead it just snapps blurry garbage, thankfully you can disable it. But I'd rather reduce or eliminate hold times instead of bad features.
