This app is inconsistent. I get the same computer printed paycheck every week and it always seems to insist that something is wrong with the amount, date, pay to the order, signature ect. Sometimes it just won't work at all, other times it's OK. I have tried using the chat feature a couple of times and it was a dead end. It could be worse, but it definitely needs work. Any banking app should make you feel confident that its going to work.

Glad to be able to use this app rather than have to go on the website, but it looks really outdated. I use it to pay a car loan but there's no direct way to pay the monthly bill quickly without going to more - Loan Payment - Pay from bank. Just needs a good update to make it easier. Looks like the app was from 2012. At least biometrics work with my fingerprint to open the app and instantly login.

I love the convenience of being able to check and manage my accounts without having to go into a branch. I also like being able to deposit checks using the app. It is glitchy sometimes, but I usually am able to complete the deposit.
