App is always crashing, for more than a month now, not sure why cos it was working fine in previous years. But it does the essentials, so it would e unfair of me to give it a one-star rating.

Not great having such a lot of issues with an app that is supposed to keep your payments and money secure. Not only have the later versions taken away functionality (such as fingerprint login) every subsequent version has new issues. For instance, I can't exit this app through the app. I have to use the Andriod open window view to close the app.

Hi Hennie, you should be able to log in with your fingerprint. You can enable this function under your "Settings". Please let us know if you are still experiencing these issues on your phone. Please can you send an email to private.bank@investec.co.za with your details and the issue you are experiencing in order for us to assist you further.

What's new

- The app's bottom navigation bar has been updated with a new 'More' button.
- The 'Tools' button has been relocated within the 'More' section for easier access.
