They take ad money from REALLY shady places. The ads run from comically bad obvious scam sites no one would click on to reprehensible right wing ads. Always right wing stuff because channel 8 is owned by fascist organization Sinclair Communications. So beware. UPDATE: I finally gave up on this trash. Just like the trump cult they worship, they DELIBERATELY run scam ads that lie, cheat & deceive. Last straw was an ad for the fascist "Truth" Social site. Beware.

App used to work perfectly. Now it takes forever to load, takes an eon to switch from the home tab to the map tab, and the map overlays keep falling off. Good grief, what did you guys do to this thing? I could go to the channel 8 website and pull up the weather map faster than I can get it to load on the app!
