Fixes:
Added a button to switch between classic and satellite maps
Visual updates to the point info popup
Import will now timeout if no Internet connection is available
Fixed a few minor import issues
More minor visual tweaks

This version will initially re-synchronize its data.
The process only takes a few seconds, and requires an Internet connection.
