Research in the European Waste Catalogue EWC

The codes, around 839, are inserted inside the '"List of Waste" established by the European Union with the Decisione2000/532/Ce.
L '"List of Wastes" the EU has been transposed in Italy as of 1 January 2002, replacing the previous legislation. The list of wastes contained in Council Decision 2000/532/EC was transposed in Italy with two measures for the reorganization of the legislation on waste:
- Legislative Decree 152/2006 (on "Environmental Regulations"), annexed to Part IV, Annex D;
- The Ministry of the Environment Dm of 2 May 2006 ("Establishment of waste") issued pursuant to Legislative Decree 152/2006 and subsequently declared incapable of producing legal effects, not having been subjected to the necessary preventive and control of the Court of accounts, with release of the Ministry of the Environment published in the Official Gazette no. 146 of 26 June 2006.
