The Liftshare Companion app provides an instant messaging system for Liftshare members on the move. It also offers an easy way to request and confirm your shared trip, as a driver or as a passenger. To join Liftshare, please go to Liftshare.com or your Liftshare’s group website.
INBOX & CONVERSATIONS – Companion helps you arrange your shared travel through instant messaging:
• Send and receive messages from Liftshare members
• Access all the conversations you’ve had and get in touch with any of your contacts
• Check the relevant journey details at any time by simply clicking through from the conversation screen
• Receive push notifications whenever you receive new messages or Liftshare requests
LIFTSHARE REQUESTS – Once you have arranged the details for your Liftshare, confirming it is very easy:
• As a passenger, you can send a Liftshare request from the journey details screen at any time
• As a driver, you can accept and decline Liftshare requests in just one click

Very poor app. Account is suppose to be restricted to employer group but receiving requests from anyone including requests for almost a taxi service I.e. one off trips at set times (rather than my stated commute times). Error messages keep occurring. Liftshare send emails stating how you are letting people down if you do not accept requests. An over complicated system with lots of downsides as a user.

The app is terrible , pulls a small amount of data from the website. The entire lift share shin dig is over complicated affair and could be streamlined easily. There is little or no reason to use the app what so ever. It looks like it was written on html and hosted by MySpace. The app provides no structure for those with teams set up thru the site , it feels like those devolping this have not done any brainstorming or product testing. Just fail

I can't login with the app. I can login on the website using my Facebook account but when I try in the app it says it can not login as my Facebook account is not linked. Very annoying, I have tried for the past week deleting the app and reinstalling, removing from facebook and re-adding nothing works.
