App doesn't store the portion of the apartment location where I was located (i.e. apartment number, even though I entered it) and there's no way to add comments. But once the driver was on his way, the map function was great. I just had to hike through the apartment complex to the office with luggage because of the lack of address detail.

I really enjoy using Super Shuttle, the drivers are very nice & safe drivers, I also like the fact that if your flight is delayed for any reason, Super Shuttle is on top of it and makes sure you are taken to your drop off point no matter the time, Super Shuttle takes care of its customers and treats you as such. Thanks Super Shuttle for all that you and your drivers do It's most appreciated. Happy customer

Booked through the app because, per a recording on Supershuttle, I would get 10% off using the app. NO DICE. I called their customer service number to get the promised 10% off, which they denied me. They said, that once it's paid for, they couldn't take the discount off. When I asked for a manager, they said that the type of service I booked (hybrid suv) did not qualify for the discount. Total scam to get you to use the app!
