About this app

Carolina Forest Community Church Mobile Application

Carolina Forest Community Church began as a vision placed on the hearts of a care group of believers from Pawley's Island Baptist Church. In February of 1997 this group began meeting, praying and preparing for the Carolina Forest community and the church that God was planting there. On September 7, 1997, CFCC celebrated their first official worship service at Carolina Forest Elementary School, with over 300 people in attendance.

In March of 2000, CFCC continued it's quest to reach the unchurched and moved into the current multi-purpose facility that lies on 25 acres in the heart of Carolina Forest.

Following the example that Jesus himself set, CFCC is a "come as you are" and "meet people where they are" style of ministry. CFCC continues to grow in membership and outreach, encompassing people from all walks of life and nurturing men at their various levels of spiritual maturity.

Get Connected!

Our desire is for everyone to find a place of belonging here at CFCC. The primary ways of getting fully connected into this church family is by attending weekly services, engaging in biblical community, becoming a member and serving. Our hope is that you would choose one of these three avenues (service, community or membership) as your next step into the church.

Biblical Community
We want you to be surrounded by men and women you can openly share the joys and struggles of life with as we pursue Christ together. Biblical Community at CFCC is offered through the following groups.
Starting Point
Home Groups
Bible Studies
Financial Peace University

Serving
We encourage all our guests, regular attenders and members to serve. Serving alongside other members of the church is one of the main ways relationships are formed whether with a ministry team during a weekend service, working in the church office during the week, or even serving on a short-term missions team. You can get plugged into any of these serving opportunities through our volunteer ministry.

Membership
Those who become members of CFCC are saying that they fully believe in what God is doing here. By becoming a member, you are committing to be part of a spiritual family that will provide support and encouragement in your walk with Christ. To become a member, attend our Discovery Class currently offered every other month.

We believe that you are "fully connected" when you are a member who attends weekend services, engages in biblical community and serves within and outside our church body.

Stop by the Connection Center to find ways to plug into these areas of connection and begin the journey today. The Connection Center is located in the back of the auditorium and is open after each worship service.

Currently this app opens fine on the HTC One. However, the only function currently working for me are the "about" and "watch" functions. Downloaded hoping this would be a easy way to be abreast of church events/calendar.
