This app's always had problems. Every time I start an order, it fails to add my selection to the cart the first time, gives me a button to "clear cart & start over," then works the second time. This seems like a huge hack by someone who couldn't architect an app properly. Now, my saved credit card won't show up at checkout, nor will any of the 1,000+ points I had saved up. Even if I wanted to order without using my rewards, I can't since the card won't show up, even after I add it again.

Room for improvement. Great for easily inputting receipts when app isn't used. Offers customization, but only for some things. Doesn't offer phone numbers to stores, just addresses. Not always user friendly- found soups in the sides tab, but salads have their own tab. Get lots of notifications that instead of opening in the app automatically to view, you have to go to the cart button at the top right. Only recently figured that one out (yesterday).

Used to live the app, now it's completely unusable. Literally, all I'm getting is a blank white screen. This is after i closed it out because it refused to add my discount promo to my order. Now i can't use it at all. Tried reinstalling, but same issue. Really love the food and until recently, i had never had an issue with anything. Now it's pointless to have on my phone.
