Great place for bubble tea, but the interface of the app needs work. Not all in store order options are included, such as a "no added sugar" choice on the tea (yes, you'd need a popup or something that has the customer acknowledge/accept that the mix itself has sugar in it, but some of us don't want any more than that) add the in store options and make it a bit more user intuitive and it'd be perfect!

If you're using this app and turn on your location apparently you still have to double and triple check that your order is going to the nearest store. Mine just got sent to the location AN HOUR AWAY. So now I have to wait for my order to be made and call the other store to get a refund.

occasional glitches. Like the design and the ability to modify my order, like adding or subtracting an ingredient. One negative payment wouldn't process had to go in store.
