Generally better to use the website for anything other than sign in code during lectures. Opening files such as .pdf and .doc tends to not work, again making it better to use the website. Also, the way the app has its own forward and back buttons rather than using the return button on your phone results in causing more frustration than it saves. The zoom in and out buttons are often in the way of content and could be solved with traditional methods of zooming using fingers to zoom.

The app worked fairly well to start off with, and it was useful for checking email 'on the go', but it recently started freezing, and not loading my emails. As both staff and students need to be able to use the email feature in particular, it would be really helpful if the development team could investigate the bugs and fix them. Otherwise, it has the potential to be an attractive and very useful app.

For an app you are REQUIRED to have, it doesn't help that you have to reinstall it every two weeks or so because the timetable or attendance sections aren't working and just crash the app. Good concept and can be useful but use the Web version when you can, it's much more reliable
